The guy who does Maestro's intro's , 13th Witness [WEBSITE HERE] , probably makes some of the dopest vids using just timelapse, or basically just photographs threaded together..very ill and this season looks to be promising.

Lets talk kicks! If I ever had to vote Best Grand Opening for a boutique AKIN (CHICAGO S. HALSTED) would definitely be the winner! This place was amazing im talking about the vibe, location, people, and most of all the KICKS. Akin featured all the dope countdown packs starting at the 5/18, 4/19, and the 17/6. Best of all they were all going for retail plus 10% off which is not much but it was something. As soon as I walked in "RUN THIS TOWN" By Jay-z feat Kanye & Rihanna was BLASTING from the dope ass dj who was spinning old and new tracks. Door prizes were disbursed and there was a raffle every hour. There was also a fashion show going on too that featured some brands from the cats who ran the store. Dope ish I tell you........lol They even had a ice cream truck outside giving out freebies. But thats not the best part the people that attended the event were the best part ALL THE DOPEST SNEAKERS EVER! BRED JORDAN 1s, Infared 6s, Lucky 7s, and the best of them all Concord 11s. HIGHLIGHT OF THE NIGHT WAS MY BRO J. NICKS FINALLY GETTING THE 17/6 PACK, AND THE BEST PART WAS IT BEING RETAIL!

Self Inflcited Studios

Yo! There's a new tattoo studio located downtown called Self Inflicted Studios. Located right between probably two of the dopest shops, SNKY and Nara Cafe, on the corner of Washington and 14th street. Three ill spots + plus Washington atmosphere = one of the sickest corners in the city.

Skills on Wheels!

Me and my family have recently gotten back into skating and one of the biggest skate events St.Louis hosts is "Skills On Wheels." People from the East coast to the West Coast come to rep their cities and have fun. This year was huge with at least 600+ people in the building and probably 200 or more skating at once. Here are some videos from "08" that gives you an idea of what goes down.

Maryland House

So me, Octavious, and our homie Kevin went to this Hat Release down in the Central West End. The spot that it was held was at this dope/chill spot called the Maryland House...so dope that we had a spur of the moment photo shoot in there. lol! We ran into Brooklyn, Shad, Van, and Black Spade from the Fresh Paint show there too. Most def a spot to keep in mind for photos and other stuff in general.
