We all love Keri Hilson, and Its hard for her to look bad, but When You compare her to how she is at the Grammy, BET, and MTV awards, she probably said " Soul Train awards? lets go to Dots real quick" This dress is hella cheap and baggy looking.

I will always see her(Keisha Knight Pullam) as a Crack hoe from Tyler Perry Movies now. She tried to rock the popular Shoulder Work trend but you are not supposed to shrug your shoulders in these dresses, it looks like a hanger is still in it lol
