Beatles Remake -Thumbs Up-

I AM A BEATLES FAN!...So when i hear of artists remaking Beatles' classics, my nose turns up. The Beatles put a lot of creativity, intelligence, & talent in there work producing a pleasing sound and dope melodies...no doubt. HOWEVER, i came upon a remake by talented musician Martin Luther McCoy. He simply revamped The Beatles song "While My Guitar Gently Weeps". I had to hear Martin Luther's version since I truly adore the original. As I pressed 'play', my heart fluttered. I do not like to hear things get jacked up...especially when it comes to good music. But Martin did no wrong....in my opinion of course. He brought a lot of soul to the song, but kept the song's groove. I totally dig it. Check it out yourself:

Now I'm always on the web and searching for music is sort of a past time of mine, so I came across this and thought I would share. Idk how many people are into the whole electronic music scene but if you like it this guys is pretty dope. This song reminds me of a cross of Ghost Busters intro x Michael Jackson x Mario + a lil soul...lol, take a listen and tell me what you think.

Nicolay's City Lights Vol. 2... *late pass*

Nicolay (one half of the group foreign exchange) is probably one of the dopest, if not thee dopest, hip hop and soulful producers out of the Netherlands. Known for having some smooth melodies and some of the nicest chords in his beats, his music can be hard hitting or soothing to the SOULLLLLLLLL *soul train voice* lol....

Black Spade...Jet Setting

So the homie Black Spade ,a.k.a Stoney Rock (St.Louis Native yall),  has been 

doing some traveling and has been in Cali for the past couple of weeks. While he was there looks like he's been kicking it with the dudes at HVYW8 tough.

The two videos below show him performing live at the HVYW8 gallery and also rehearsing live with rest of the Hawthorne Headhunters, a collective consisting of Black Spade, Proh Mic, and Ced No. The artist Coultrain is also seen with them on numerous occasions as well.
