Monarchs Back in the Habit

As you have noticed since Summer of 09 the Monarchs has taken a major drop in public outings. This is partly due to 3000 level course work, The economy, and Wii. Well we didn't end 2009 without getting back in the spirit of experiencing our city. Take a look.
