SINCE WE WERE THREATENED BY AARON REID'S LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE, WE DECIDED TO REPLACE THE IMAGE WITH THE MOST SIMILAR PHOTO...

It has come to our attention that you (and/or one of the forum users on your website) are publicizing and/or exploiting the image of Aaron Reid without authorization from Mr. Reid.

To the extent that you are using Mr. Reid’s name and likeness without having obtained appropriate licenses or permissions, you may be subject to civil and criminal liability with respect to such uses.

We hereby demand that if you are responsible for this conduct that you immediately cease and desist from all activities involving your unauthorized use of his name or likeness. If you claim that you are not so responsible, we demand that you promptly advise us of the party that you believe to be responsible for such conduct.

Nothing contained in this letter shall be deemed a waiver or limitation of Mr. Reid's rights or remedies, under law or equity, and all such rights and remedies are expressly reserved.
