Tahir Moore started doing comedy professionally in 2002 at the Funnybone in Westport. Performing under the name Rob Moore, Tahir quickly grew passionate for the

stage. While attending Harris-Stowe State University he hosted a slew of variety shows, Greek events, comedy shows, and open mics. In 2007 Tahir was given an opportunity to tour with the largest Tobacco Prevention/Awareness program, the truth®. That summer he toured on the Ball 4 Real Tour, a derivative of the And1 Tour, and the Atlantic Records All-Star Tour,

which head lined such artist as T.I., Ciara, T-Pain, Young Joc and LLyod. I

n the summer of 2008 He again tour with the truth®. And now for a third summer, Tahir has picked up and left, this time in a much different way however. He is again touring with the truth®, but on a very different tour than what he is used to. The 25 year old Tahir Moore is on the 2009 VANS Warped Tour. Appearing in over 40 cites, with artist and bands such as 3OH3!, Anti-Flag, Bad Religion, Shad, P.O.S. and Less Than Jake. This marks the 15^th year anniversary for VANS Warped tour.

But it’s more about the audience than the star-studded line up for Tahir. He interacts 7 hours a day for 45 dates with the youth about tobacco awareness. With crowds averaging in the tens of thousands, he takes this as no laughing matter. However, he manages to squeeze a game or two in every now and then. After the tour Tahir will be relocating to Los Angelus, CA to further his career in entertainment. With three years of touring, appearances on hit shows such as MTV’s “Yo Momma”, an entertainment company, and Bachelor’s in Business Administration, we like to think he’s well on his way.
