"Doing the Most" is never really good if your are not trying to get the most attention. Things that do get attention are Accessories. I hate I have to say that but some people read all about fashion and never really put it into practice.
girls put on some rings, Guys Have a watch collection, The price doesnt matter as long as you have the look, that matches your clothing you will look expensive anyway.
